Ryan Hudson began his professional career at MECA Inc. after completing his bachelor's degree. While working for MECA, Ryan pursued his master’s from the University of SC in Theoretical Physics with a focus on Business Management.

Ryan then moved to Carrier Corporation, where he was recognized for his design-build expertise on a national level and became one of the highest sales producers in the country. Later, Ryan and a friend founded GreenHome Solutions, a technology-based heating and cooling company. The company was sold to a conglomerate and Ryan was invited to become the president of the merged businesses.  He restructured the residential business while creating a commercial business with a colleague from Johnson Controls, Jonathan Smoak. Both men were then recruited to join Hoffman Mechanical Solutions (HMS), where Ryan has been ever since. 

Ryan has been married to Rachel for 21 years, and they have three wonderful children.
